- 1 pound skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper; cook in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until flaked easily.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add cream, lemon zest, and juice; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and mix with sauce and cooked pasta until well combined.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
