- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Dried thyme
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade (discard marinade) and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish and Serve: Let the chicken rest briefly before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve with your choice of sides.
