  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
  • 4 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened; then add marinated chicken and brown for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth; bring to simmer and add bok choy for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked noodles and green onions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
