- 1 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- Press half of the coconut mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Evenly spread the raspberry jam over this layer.
- Crumble the remaining coconut mixture on top of the jam layer and press down gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
