Ingredients
- 1 ounce package red gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Strawberry)
- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Berry Blue)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows (divided)
- Warm water
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11" baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, dissolve red gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water. Microwave for 1.5 minutes and stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1.5 cups of marshmallows, microwave for another minute, whisk until smooth, then pour into the baking dish and chill until set.
- Repeat the process for the blue layer using the remaining gelatin, pour on top of the red layer once set.
- Chill both layers until firm, then cut into strips and roll into pinwheels, inserting lollipop sticks into one end.
