			- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the halved potatoes in salted boiling water for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss gently until well coated with garlic sauce. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
