Instructions
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then marinate in tamari sauce and garlic for at least 1 hour.
- Assemble by placing asparagus and bell peppers in the center of each steak piece, rolling tightly, and securing with toothpicks.
- Preheat your air fryer; cook bundles at 400°F for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest before slicing and serve with a balsamic sauce made from vinegar, beef broth, and butter.
