Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Set up a breading station with bowls of flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Coat each tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place breaded tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with honey Sriracha BBQ sauce during the last two minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
