Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and eggs; combine with dry ingredients to form dough.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth (about 5 minutes). Let rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Prepare the filling by mixing diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out risen dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter over it.
- Evenly add the apple mixture; roll dough tightly from one edge to create a log shape.
- Cut into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
