Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or brown sugar), minced garlic, grated ginger, and seasoning.
- Add cubed steak to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread marinated steak onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving garnished with chopped green onions.
