Ingredients
- 15 oz tuna in oil, drained and flaked
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted & sliced
- 1 small/medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and red onion. Peel, pit, and slice the avocados.
- Drain the tuna and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large salad bowl, combine cucumber, avocado, red onion, tuna, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
