- 6 large eggs
- 3 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, green onions, or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and any optional vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tin cups until they are about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until puffed up and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
