- 8 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy; remove and drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper; drain fat if needed.
- Sauté onion until softened, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Add cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, and whisk until blended.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the meat mixture; toss gently.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
