Ingredients
- 4 large croissants
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and milk. Melt butter in the same skillet; add egg mixture and garlic. Cook until fluffy, then stir in crumbled bacon and cheddar.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice croissants in half lengthwise.
- Fill croissants with the egg-bacon mixture. Top with grated Parmesan.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
