Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (3 oz) vanilla Jell-O
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 package (3 oz) chocolate Jell-O
- 1 cup water
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla layer: Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan, remove from heat, then dissolve the vanilla Jell-O. Stir in 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- Prepare the chocolate layer: Boil another cup of water in a separate saucepan, remove from heat, dissolve the chocolate Jell-O, and let it cool slightly before mixing in 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream.
- Assemble the shots: After the vanilla layer is set, carefully pour the chocolate mixture on top of it in each shot glass. Refrigerate again for 2 hours until fully set.
- Garnish and serve: Top each shot with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
