- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer phyllo sheets on a clean surface, brushing each with melted butter.
- Place the brie in the center of the stacked phyllo.
- Mix walnuts, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper; spread over the brie.
- Wrap phyllo around the cheese into a wreath shape and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm with crackers or fruit.
