- ½ cup fig jam
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or other herbs)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using puff pastry, roll it out slightly larger on a floured surface.
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread fig jam generously over the top.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary. If using puff pastry, wrap it around the cheese and seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until gooey and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette, making sure to scoop the melted cheese combined with fig jam for an irresistible bite!
