Ingredients
- 1 round sourdough bread loaf
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: Fresh rosemary, honey, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the sourdough bread and scoop out some of the inside to create a bowl.
- Place the whole wheel of brie in the hollowed bread bowl and top with cranberry sauce. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary if desired.
- Brush the outside of the bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with reserved bread pieces or other dippers.
