- 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs

- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a rimmed sheet pan.
- 2. Coat chicken thighs with olive oil, 2 teaspoons garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Brown the thighs in melted butter combined with honey in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
- 4. Transfer browned chicken to the baking pan.
- 5. Toss mushrooms with remaining garlic, butter, salt, and pepper; place alongside chicken.
- 6. Bake for about 15 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- 7. Prepare the balsamic glaze by simmering vinegar and brown sugar until reduced and thickened.
- 8. Drizzle glaze over chicken and mushrooms before serving.
