  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Thread seasoned chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey for the sauce.
  5. Brush half of the sauce over the skewers and air fry for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Serve with reserved bang bang sauce for dipping.
