- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (to taste)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes.
- Set up two bowls: one with flour and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dredge marinated chicken in flour then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry coated chicken pieces until golden brown (5-7 minutes), removing them to drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until fully coated before serving.
