  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for three minutes. Place the seasoned salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Serve hot on a platter drizzled with the prepared sauce or with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
