- 4 strips thick-cut bacon
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 2-inch squares
- 1 sweet onion, cut into 2-inch squares
- 1 cup paleo barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cook bacon on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes until partially cooked.
- Assemble the kabobs by threading cubed chicken, bell peppers, onion, pineapple chunks, and bacon onto kabob sticks.
- Brush assembled kabobs generously with barbecue sauce.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill kabobs for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.
