- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Cook sliced beef with garlic and ginger for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Return broccoli to the skillet, pour in the sauce mixture, and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
