- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 12 oz package egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly; drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings; simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and mix with sour cream.
- Layer noodles in the baking dish, top with beef mixture, then sprinkle with all cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is lightly browned.
