Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 14 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice water bath until completely chilled.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise, removing yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg white halves and garnish with paprika.
