- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz penne or fusilli pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Pour the honey pepper mixture over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and slice.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, add heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted; season.
- Add pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, then gently mix in sliced chicken before serving.
