  • 12 small slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side. Top with cheese during the last minute.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar to create the special sauce.
  4. Assemble sliders by spreading sauce on the bottom bun half; add the patty with melted cheese followed by lettuce and pickles before topping with the other bun half.
