Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 small slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side. Top with cheese during the last minute.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar to create the special sauce.
- Assemble sliders by spreading sauce on the bottom bun half; add the patty with melted cheese followed by lettuce and pickles before topping with the other bun half.
- Serve warm on a platter.
