  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 sesame seed hamburger buns
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 12 hamburger pickle chips
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Additional secret sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Add chopped onions, kosher salt, coarse ground pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped pickles and cook for an additional minute.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet relish, ketchup, vinegar, onion powder, and salt to create the secret sauce.
  5. Mix 1 cup of the secret sauce into the beef mixture.
  6. To assemble the sandwiches: layer buns with secret sauce, shredded lettuce, American cheese, beef mixture, and additional toppings as desired.
