- 1 ¼ cups blackberries
- 4 tablespoons blackberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blackberries and swirl in blackberry jam.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and top with streusel if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
- Allow cooling before serving.
