Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix blackberries with lime juice, sugar, and cornstarch; set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the pan for the base; prick with a fork.
- Spoon blackberry mixture over the crust and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden; cool completely before slicing.
