Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve and core the pears, placing them cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Generously fill each pear half with the cheese mixture and drizzle honey over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and golden.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving on arugula or mixed greens if desired.
