  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats (quick cooking)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie shell according to package instructions and place it in a deep dish pie plate.
  3. Zest and juice the lemon; set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix blueberries, white sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and flour until coated.
  5. Pour the blueberry mixture into the prepared pie shell.
  6. For the crumble topping, cut cold butter into brown sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  7. Evenly distribute the crumble topping over the blueberries.
