Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (about 5–6 peaches)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, half of the granulated sugar, and half of the flour. Toss gently and let sit.
- In another bowl, mix together the remaining flour, oats, remaining sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Add in cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and evenly top with crumble mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
