  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (about 56 peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, half of the granulated sugar, and half of the flour. Toss gently and let sit.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the remaining flour, oats, remaining sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Add in cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and evenly top with crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
