- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut pockets into chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the mixture and gently seal.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear stuffed chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Optionally top with breadcrumbs and bake in the skillet for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest before garnishing with parsley and serving warm.
