- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, optional for drizzling
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced mozzarella, chopped cherry tomatoes, finely chopped basil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, remove from plastic wrap and roll in grated Parmesan cheese until fully coated.
- Place on a serving platter and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping.
