- 8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 medium apple, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)
- ½ cup caramel sauce for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the chopped milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate onto it, spreading into an even layer about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle the toffee bits and diced apples over the melted chocolate and press them gently into the surface.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set, then break into pieces and serve.
