- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups diced apples
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon until combined.
- Gently fold in diced apples. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and drizzle with caramel sauce, swirling gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Cut into bars and drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
