  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups diced apples
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon until combined.
  3. Gently fold in diced apples. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and drizzle with caramel sauce, swirling gently.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
