- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Toss diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg; fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour over baked crust and bake for 30–35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour, then drizzle with caramel sauce before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
