- 1 medium head of cauliflower (riced)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- Additional mozzarella cheese for topping
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5-6 minutes until soft, then cool and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine riced cauliflower with mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a round crust about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and spread marinara sauce over the crust. Add additional cheese and desired toppings.
- Bake again for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
