- 1 head cauliflower (cut into small bites)

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain any excess water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine minced pickles, red onion, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- In a separate cup, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Add warm cauliflower to the mixing bowl and pour the dressing over everything. Toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
