- 1 cup assorted olives (green and black)
- 1 cup dried fruits (apricots, figs, cranberries)
- Crackers of your choice
- Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Select a large round serving platter as the base.
- Arrange salami and prosciutto in a circular pattern around the platter.
- Add clusters of cheddar cubes and slices of brie cheese evenly spaced among the meats.
- Tuck in assorted grapes and halved cherry tomatoes into gaps between meats and cheeses.
- Scatter mixed nuts and olives around the wreath for added texture.
- Place dried fruits around to introduce sweetness.
- Arrange crackers on the edge or serve them separately in a bowl.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary or parsley before serving.
