Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, salt, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly and form into four equal patties.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat and spray it with non-stick spray. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the burgers and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked; add cheddar slices during the last minute to melt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and lime juice to make the ranch mayo.
- Toast burger buns and assemble by adding each patty topped with ranch mayo and any additional toppings you desire.
