Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining it with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook marinated chicken on a preheated grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side. Add cheese during the last minute to melt.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Assemble by spreading mayonnaise on toasted bread and layering with lettuce, tomato slices, and grilled chicken topped with melted cheese.
