  • ¾ cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in warm milk and melted butter until dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  3. Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese and minced garlic over the surface. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  4. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover with a towel, and allow to rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake rolls for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush with melted butter while hot and garnish with parsley before serving.
