Ingredients
- 10 ounces tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, jalapeños, sour cream, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top evenly with cooked beef and cheeses.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and add your desired toppings.
- Serve immediately while hot.
