- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove leaves and slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top of each steak. Close the grill lid or return to the oven until the cheese melts (about 3-5 minutes).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
