Ingredients
- 250g uncooked pasta (8oz)
- 275g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces (9.6 oz)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps oil
- 130ml milk (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 110ml double cream (1/4 cup + 3 tbsps)
- 100g mozzarella cheese + extra for topping (1 cup + extra)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Onion powder
- Oregano
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili sauce/sriracha
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden.
- Add chicken pieces; cook until white.
- Season with salt and spices; stir well.
- Mix in tomato paste and sriracha; cook for an additional minute.
- Gradually stir in milk and cream until bubbling.
- Add mozzarella cheese until melted and combined with the sauce.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well-coated.
