- 1 large French baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
