Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Shred using two forks.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, and garlic. Mix this sauce with the shredded chicken until well coated.
- Preheat oven broiler. Place slider buns on a baking sheet, fill with the chicken mixture, and top with cheddar cheese.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro if desired, and serve warm.
